Position Summary: Under direction of Information Systems management, coordinates the technical project plans, including implementation schedules and resource estimates, for The Valley Hospital Projects. Facilitates multiple business process re-engineering activities to enhance the Hospital’s core information systems and processes. Provides support for computer system operations. Provides support for the Technicians and other staff, including the handling of more advance troubleshooting and analysis.
