Description :
Intermodal Dispatcher Expressway USA is an import/export trucking company that has been in business for over 40 years. We are looking for a reliable dispatcher to run a fleet of 40-50 trucks to the NY/NJ piers. Candidate must be an excellent communicator, reliable and hardworking. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to provide excellent service to our customers without causing additional charges and or delays. This position will lead to a management position.
-Must have experience as a drayage dispatcher
-Must have knowledge of NY & NJ Ports
-Dispatching a fleet of 40+ drivers
-Scheduling delivery appointments with customers
-Answering emails in a timely manner
-Data entry
-Knowledge of Port Pro a Plus
-Knowledge of Excel & Google Docs
-Answering phone calls from customers and drivers
-Excellent customer service is a must
-Reliable, excellent time management skills, pro-active, self-motivated, team player, works well under pressure, can multitask, ability to work without supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
