The Product Development Coordinator is responsible for assisting Product Developer(s) in the coordination of the Product Development project pipeline.
Your Super Powers in Action

Facilitates packaging re-orders internally with the art team including sending and proofing files with our factories
Create and update item sales orders for the Product Development team
Assists the Product Development team to ensure product data is accurate in our Product Development tracking systems
Supports Product Developer(s) to ensure correct Product Testing documentation is provided to our factories on time and that all testing results are documented in our Product Development Tracking system
Provide testing documents to Sales when requested
Manages incoming BOM requests from sales
Responsible for licensor submissions into various licensor websites and that the approval process adheres to established timelines
Submits and prints contractual paperwork to our licensors and provides to our shipping teams to facilitate in a timely manner
Assist in setting up conference rooms for meetings and general administrative tasks to support the Product Development team as needed
Takes clear and concise notes in licensor kicks offs and internal meetings
Supports sample team as needed with product shipping and distribution
Assist in compiling team presentations

Must-Have Superhero Gadgetry

0 – 1-year related work experience and/or training
Must be highly organized and able to multi-task in a very fast paced and changing environment
Strong and confident communication skills both verbally and written
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve business problems as they arise
Detail oriented – able to understand and look for small and interrelating tasks
Should be comfortable working independently as well as with a team
