Base pay while training: $18/hr. for approx 30 days. Tips, bonuses, commissions kick in after that with notably higher potential.
What do you need:
Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
No major issues with background check.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
A smart phone to use on the job (monthly reimbursement offered)
Responsibilities Include:
Being the friendly face of the company while cleaning carpets, upholstery, hardwood & rugs. “Bonafide friendliness” is our #1 core value.
Addressing customer needs and “wow’ing” them with education on our services and spectacular service.
Managing your mobile office (your van) and being the decision maker on each job.
