The CRM product team is looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver high quality projects with minimal supervision. Serving as Project Manager, will coordinate and lead complex projects for the External Engagement and Corporate Communications division, interacting with CRM developers, designers, communication specialists and business owners.
Reporting to a Manager, you will use your understanding of project management, scrum master and business analysis, to the External Engagement and Corporate Communications division. You also will work closely with the CRM development and business support teams to coordinate and lead complex multiple year projects for Bank, write requirements and test cases, test functionality and assist with the production process for department supported applications and user groups.
Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate project management activities including: creating project management artifacts, leading application development requirements discussions, developing schedules based on requirements and resource availability and coordinating application testing
Gather business and technical requirements, write test cases and execute functional testing
Define project scope and ensure changes to scope and deliverables are managed
Ensure timely delivery of stated business benefits, comparing actuals to plans and adjusting plans as necessary
Be the Scrum master for assigned projects
Manage production issues by coordinating communications, documenting items, initiating escalation protocols and finding problem resolutions
Be the liaison with local and national IT, vendors, contractors, and others
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
3 years’ relevant experience
Experience in a Project Manager/Business Analyst role in an application development and maintenance environment
Agile/Scrum management experience helpful
Can plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
US Citizen or lawful permanent resident with three or more years of US residency
Travel (5%)

Salary: $86,000 – $108,000
