Description :
We are looking for a Property Manager at our apartment community in Camden, NJ !The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic with attention to detail. We need someone who can multi task and maintain structure and organization. HUD multifamily experience preferred not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Job Description –
Responsible for ongoing resident relations, including addressing current resident requests.
Conduct routine property inspections to identify any outstanding maintenance issues that should be addressed. Effectively monitor preventative maintenance schedules.
Oversee building maintenance staff and verify that work orders are completed on time, turnovers and third party contractors are properly scheduled to coordinate with projected move in dates, and the general condition of the building is maintained.
Effectively communicate property rules/regulations to current tenants
All compliance paperwork specifically in relation to income based rental calculations. (Onesite software utilitzed)
Screen applicants for eligibility.
Maintain current waitlist for property including keeping detailed notes on all activity.
Process rental payments
Skills Required:
Working proficiency with Microsoft office suite products including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Strong computer skills
Great team management skills
ability to motivate staff and meet goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 per year
