Be the key strategist for the effective recruitment of safe and reliable drivers
Responsibilities:
Use all creative means to seek out qualified driver applicants
Schedule screenings and background checks with qualified driver applicants
Support new safe and reliable drivers through the hiring process
Work closely with management and report out key performance indicators
All other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field
1-year prior recruitment experience preferred
Prior experience in the transportation industry, preferably with an asset-based carrier, preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
