Our highly qualified BCBA/LBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts/ Licensed Behavior Analysts) possess years of experience and training and utilize their extensive skills to improve social, behavioral and adaptive skills with individually tailored programs. Proud Moments ABA services the five boroughs of NYC, Long Island, New Jersey, Syracuse, NY, Rochester, NY, Nevada, Virginia and the DC/ Maryland area – and has recently expanded through partnerships to Florida, Georgia, Maine, Mississippi, New Mexico and North Carolina. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care, scheduled at families’ convenience.
Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Regional Clinical Director who will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of clinical programs. This role is responsible for all clinical quality aspects of the region, including training new BCBAs, providing crisis prevention training, mentoring and supporting existing BCBAs, and promoting the development of students in BACB Fieldwork programs. The Regional Clinical Director works closely with the local office managers to ensure all employees are properly trained and all families have a high quality clinical experience that focuses on patient outcomes and proven evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
Support clinical onboarding of behavior technicians, fieldwork students, and BCBAs
Train, mentor, and provide regular guidance to BCBAs in assigned region
Host regular collaboration events for BCBAs and fieldwork students to promote learning and cultural growth
Assist families and BCBAs towards successful adherence to effective treatment plans
Regularly meet with local operators to ensure all clinical needs of the region are being met
Focus on a company-wide operational initiative based on one’s unique strengths
Provide accurate weekly and monthly reporting of clinical progress in the region
Qualifications:
BCBA credentials
LBA credential (or eligible) in New York State and New Jersey
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High-level problem-solving capabilities
Deep understand of the needs and culture of that regions
Ability to skillfully manage staff
