Description :
Summary/objective
The Regional Director provides leadership, support, and vision to recruiters. The Regional Director is responsible for the consistent progress of individual and team performance to source innovations and maintain accountability of expectations.

Responsible for building a solid pipeline of talent by sourcing active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs through social media platforms.
Leading and managing a team to achieve set goals.
Providing the executive team with weekly summary reports.
Organize, lead, and communicate effectively regarding the day-to-day recruitment operations for assigned region.
Maintain effective relationships with social and professional networks within the veterinary industry.
Assist in development of key partnerships and accounts.
Grow regional portion of veterinary referred business.
Manage regional expense budgets.

Qualifications:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Robust supervisory and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors Degree or 5+ years of recruiting experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written) to a variety of audiences.
Comfortable setting priorities, manage multiple tasks, and remain focused in a changing environment.
Previous management experience is required.
5+ years of experience in human healthcare or veterinary leadership is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
