Easterseals New Jersey is seeking a Regional Residential Manager to join our team!

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manages the operations of regional sites to ensure the high quality of services to adults with mental health disabilities in a Residential Setting.
Lead the provision of services to enhance daily living skills and daily activities of persons receiving services.
Manages the delivery of services and ensures compliance for all care, treatment, and services are consistent with ENJ’s policies, practices, and procedures and are conducted using evidence-based practices, and in accordance with licensing regulatory, and internal standards.
Maintains budget lines in the region and facilitates areas of financial growth.
Facilitates external auditing including licensing, and develops correction plans as needed.
Develops relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Conducts quarterly home visits for consumer safety, review of medications, home conditions, and overall client care.
Monitors staff vacancies and coordinates with Human Resources for ongoing communication and prioritization of recruitment needs.
Drives the financial performance of the program, and manages revenue generation, staffing, and operating expenses to meet or exceed the budget.
Implements necessary remediation plans for any budgetary deficits.
Collaborates with Site Supervisors and Intake Coordinators to ensure residential vacancies are filled and transition meetings are held.
Contributes to the development of the annual operating budget for the program, providing input on service levels and staffing requirements necessary to achieve operating and financial goals.
Collaborates with Information and Referral; oversees the discharge paperwork for new and terminating consumers, ensuring all documents/consents are completed, collected, and tracked.
Ensures the timeliness and accuracy of billing documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Job Requirements:

Master’s degree in Mental Health or a related field required.
Management experience in a residential program for individuals with behavioral disabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Planning and organization skills; Solution-focused approach to issues, concerns, and program management.
Proven experience managing budgets.
Valid Driver’s License.
