Role Purpose

Responsible for the building automation system operation and optimization across the system. Functions include commissioning, optimization, data management, training and development of software to achieve positive outcomes and utility reduction impacting the total cost of ownership year over year.

Responsibilities

Supports the Facilities Engineering team to achieve operational excellence.
Achieves ongoing approval across multiple departments as it relates to the adoption and amendment for system BAS standards.
Manages the system utility report to validate efforts and inform Leadership.
Maintains the system database for historical analytics and The Joint Commission required deliverables.
Monitors vendor performance and makes recommendations to Leadership based upon documented data.

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
5 or more years experience
