Description :
Job Summary:
The stocker will shelve product as it arrives and is received, as well as maintain overstock.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Shelving product as it arrives.
Maintaining overstock and keeping organized.
Rotating, straightening, pulling forward and organizing products as you go along.
Assist with carry outs and customer needs.
Checking dates of product to be sure it is fresh.
Training new stockers.
Cleaning and organizing warehouse space.
Taking out trash, recycling and any closing duties assigned.
Assisting with cashier and barista duties as needed.
Any other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at one time.
The ability to move freely around your workspace.
Sitting, standing, squatting, kneeling, bending, crawling, and climbing may be necessary physical requirements for this position.
