Strategy Operations Analyst II
Hybrid-Remote Work Schedule (3/2).
Position located in the Portland Office
No Relocation offered
Responsible for strategy planning to align business operations with the company’s mission and goals.
Develops complex forecasting models, budgets, resource allocation and plans for business operations.
Utilizes comprehensive knowledge of company’s internal operations to develop forward-looking focus for business.
Use statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to business problems
Monitoring short, medium to long-term business trends/outlooks, reviewing company data, building reports based on these findings and recommending programs to improve the company’s performance metrics.
Advise managers on findings and the various courses they can take to address the problem
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Strategy Operations Analyst or similar role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience using business intelligence and database software such as PowerBI and Snowflake.
Consulting and project management expertise
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Japanese language skill is plus
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Physical Demands and Work Conditions
The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.
