Northwest Human Services is a non-profit leader in providing advocacy, quality healthcare and social services in Marion and Polk counties since 1970.
Systems Analyst
YOUR ROLE at NWHS: As one of our highly qualified IT Staff, you will support NWHS initiatives via accurate and reliable report design and analysis using Power BI and other tools. Report development and analysis includes clinical quality outcomes, provider productivity, analysis of patient wait times, and HRSA and CCO measures. Using the information obtained from reports, you will analyze and identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow revision. This position is also responsible for applying end-user feedback to develop, maintain, and update NextGen electronic practice management (EPM) and electronic health record (EHR) templates, stored procedures, documents, applications, and processes.
This position is full-time 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) Monday – Friday. This is on site position with no availability for remote work.
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Science or related field preferred.
Knowledge and experience working with healthcare data sources, quality data, databases, spreadsheets, data presentation.
Knowledge of health system quality improvement data measurement and utilization management.
Knowledge of clinic data presentation, reporting and spreadsheets.
Ability to help design and review survey instruments, analyze data from survey results and create reports.
Demonstrate excellence in internal and external customer service.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication and organizational skills.
This position is full-time 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) Monday – Friday. This position is located on site at our IT office and is not a remote opportunity.
