We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Talent Acquisition / HR Coordinator to join our team! The Talent Acquisition / HR Coordinator will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment for our rapidly growing company. This will include utilizing social media and professional networks as well as managing the Applicant Tracking System. The candidate chosen for this position will report to the VP of Human Resources and will be based out of our corporate office located in Carlstadt, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and screening active & passive candidates for current and future positions.
Coordinate interviews for operations managers.
Partner with the VPHR on all recruitment initiatives.
Maintain the applicant tracking system and external job boards.
Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding life cycle.
Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and college recruiting efforts.
Assist with various ad-hoc HR assignments and projects.
Assist with the implementation of new tools and programs to enhance our overall employee culture.
Requirements:
HS / GED required, BS Degree Preferred.
3+ years of recruiting experience.
Working knowledge of talent management / applicant tracking systems.
Full cycle recruitment experience, which includes social media and professional networks.
Excellent communication, analytical skills, and organizational skills.
Proactive approach with follow-up and a sense of urgency.
Possess a positive attitude with the ability to easily build relationships across all functions.
Experience with high volume, fast paced recruiting.
