Job Description :
Install various software on Windows and Linux environments.
Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures .
Professional experience and a high-level understanding of working with various operating systems and their implications
Support deployment of in house developed and/or custom application
Work with agile development team to resolve any architecture related issues.
Assist in troubleshooting and correcting issue, adapting to new technologies, interfaces and working with vendor for various software installations.
Install and plan new software releases and upgrades.
Performs system backups/images and recovery.
Proficiency and proven experience in the following technologies is desired:
Jenkins
Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, Ansible
Git, Subversion, Maven
Monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity.
knowledge of Continuous Integration and Delivery concepts and best practices
Ability to lead and train junior team members to achieve project objectives
Outstanding analytical skills
Willingness to work in an Agile team but also be self-directed with high engagement
Skillsets required
Strong experience with Windows server and Linux/Unix operating systems required.
Good understanding of OS security policies.
Experience working in an AWS environment, supporting applications deployments.
Experience of docker containers and application deployments.
Must have Shell scripting knowledge.
