Description :
Function/Duties of Position:

Research Associate position in the Parkinson Center and Movement Disorders Program, Department of Neurology. Responsible for completing the study start-up process for all clinical trials, provide leadership and guidance to the junior research assistants, and support Program Manager in tasks related to clinical trials and the research assistant team.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in relevant field AND 3 years of clinical research coordination experience OR Bachelor’s degree in relevant field AND 5 years of clinical research coordination experience
SoCRA or ACRP required within 12 months of hire
Knowledge of clinical research regulatory standards and guidelines
Extremely well-organized
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy of documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle projects with competing deadlines and priorities
Enjoy working in a team
Able to work independently while being effective and efficient.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with procedures of the OHSU Institutional Review Board
CITI Good Clinical Practice, Human Subjects Research, & Responsible Conduct of Research
