Veterinary Practice Front Desk
Veterinary Practice in south St. Louis County seeking an eager person to join our Front Desk team.
Duties include but not limited to:
Efficiently scheduling our appointment book
Handling a multi-line phone system
Invoicing
Maintaining medical records
End of Day closing
Calling clients whose pets are overdue and scheduling them
We Require:
Minimum 1 year experience in a veterinary practice
Excellent computer skills
A love for animals and their owners
Position includes morning and evening 2 days a week
Experience with Infinity veterinary software a plus

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
