Responsible for coordinating and performing numerous customer service functions for specific assigned customers efficiently, resulting in excellent customer service. This position is M-F 9:00am-5:00pm / 40 hours per week.
In this role, you will work with the Customer Service team to create a positive experience for each and every customer, both internal and external.
The ideal candidate will be conscientious, ambitious, and enjoy working in a busy environment.
The ability to collaborate and build relationships across departments will also make you successful in this role.
Process all incoming email/hardcopy orders with accuracy and within 24 hours of receipt
Answer inbound calls, acting as the first point of contact for our customers, representing the company in a positive light
Work with customers on returns and credits as needed
Contact Customers to obtain Credit Card payment information
Process orders and respond as needed to the Customer
respond to all inquiries quickly and professionally
Prepare and ship Salesman and Show Samples in a timely, cost-effective manner
Internally track Salesman Samples for invoicing
Prepare shipping documents as needed
Receive and sign for all inbound shipments; sort and deliver as needed
Respond to all internal and external communications professionally and in a timely manner
Flexible; can seamlessly shift gears in a busy environment.
Can write and speak with ease.
Is methodical, efficient, and can adapt quickly.
Is happy to work alone or with others
Has strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel
Works to accomplish team goals and ensure that the team’s work is completed each day
Is analytical; can problem solve, prioritize and multi task as needed
Achieves level-specific expectations of productivity and accuracy, while processing customer requests such as:
Entry of multiple order types (initial, remake, repair parts etc.)
Change/cancel/Out of Spec requests and order statuses
Responsible for maintaining current product/account/systems knowledge in order to perform tasks in compliance with standard procedures.
Complete other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
Monday to Friday

Saint Louis, MO 63103: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
